Default Unknown record error
I keep on getting 'Unknown record error' while capturing from mini DV tape every 5 min or less sometimes. The preview video would be hanging after this error that i have to click 'Tape' to continue capturing.. This is now irritating! Pls help

Default
try choosing a different device in the device settings which is in the settings tab at the top of the capture window.

I think that made sense.
