Please please help! I need advice on how to export a 3minute video so it is under 100mb. New to all this and can't seem to get it close to that. It's just for a video to go onto myspace account so quality doesn't have to be brilliant. Cheers in advance for any suggestions.

try encoding it to windows media .wmv you should be able to get a 3 min vid near to 10mb let alone 100mb using this format.

If you are using premiere export using the Adobe media encoder and choose windows media and set it to 1 of the 512kbps download templates.
