Help Please.

Alright I was wondering how I would go about moving the position of clips such as muzzle flashes (to line up with gun). So far I've been able to move the muzzle flash clips around but to my dismay whenever I move it the Screen Key Effect does not work..Seems as if it only works when the muzzle flash clip is in it's original place. Any help in this area would be appreciated
