I have Adobe Premier Pro v.7 for some considerable time and have not had a problem for some time. Very recently when trying to burn to DVD i get the following error. I am sure omeone must have had this problem before.

Very much appreciated if anyone can help on how to overcome this problem. The error is shown below

Could not complete the last command because: DVD err (DVDErr, -224

List the steps you were going through leading up to when the error appeared, did you change any settings on your computer recently, list your full computer spec and when did you last defrag your hard disk?
