Default How to add titles on a movie using Adobe Premiere 1.5

Hello , im really new with Adobe Premiere 1.5 ... I want to add titles fading in and fading out on the movie which is already displayed... I want complete instructions on how to do that please )

I'm not going to write a complete essay on this for you but I can do the next best thing, i.e. give you all the info you need ina couple of sentences.

First, read chapter 7 of your user manual explaining the title designer. This starts on page 206 and is quite comprehensive. once you have your title in your asset bin the add it to the timeline as layer 2, over the top of your movie clip.

All you then need to do is apply a suitable fade transition and apply it toboth the start and end of your title to have it fade in and then out. You can find full details on this in chapter 5 on page 163.
