Default Titling help

Hey i have adobe premiere pro and i was wondering about if i wanted to do scrolling text like in the closing credits i can do it on that or do i need to use After effects to do so.

in the title section of prem pro there is an option for rolling text. it up at the top

All my rolling credits are always done in Premier Pro, no need for AE7
