Default Saving movie as Divx?

Is there any way to export a movie from Premiere as a Divx file? since Youtube recommend this as the "best" format for their service.

I'm at a loss to find anything in the export movie settings which might help. The manual doesn't have Divx anywhere.

Failing that, which program would take an avi file and convert it to Divx?

whenever i have used the divx compression through prem it never encodes right... either the sound is out or there are problems all over the video.
using dr.divx is a little better
