Appears to me you are just trying to get traffic to your site so the article isnt really that engaging and personally I would question much of your advice... It doesnt matter how you compress so long as it is a good quality - it can be 264 / divx / wmv / and so on. Personally I find h264 encoding on super c to be rather lacklustre, but I only flirted with it.
