the file is at my workplace, the image is small and centered. I can use photoshop to create an image that would cover the no tape and make it seem like it was never there, but from there i just need to know what program would allow me to place it in the video file. and there is never any motion where that no tape messege is so i dont have to worry about weird effects if some one passed through it.
