My name is Bryan and I'm 72 been married 46yrs have 2 sons and 1 granddaughter, emigrated to New Zealand in 1967, after many years repairing a variety of equipment , including some of the first computers to come into NZ the Burroughs L2000 in 1975 which used paper tape to load the software and it had 8KB of user memory, how did they get that much information on one 18inch HDD, so when I retired I said I never want to see another computer, then I found that they could do frame accurate editing and got hooked in 1997 on my first editing system, a Pentium 166 with Premiere 4.2 and have been trowing money at it ever since.
PS. I'm not sure the HDD was 18inch it just was very big.
