Anyone using DivX in Premiere Pro 1.5?

If so: Can you please list the parameters you use?

I am having big difficulties using it (and any other encoding in PP1.5 for that matter - appart from DV-AVI) and even if I set the correct aspect ratio (16:9 / 1.422) it comes out as 4:3 and encoding is far from acceptable with big squares with all kinds of colors coming up all over the place.

Anyone know of any separate software that will accept a DV-AVI and make a good DivX?
