First, when downloading video, you probably want to watch as you download ("Progressive" download) - this is not very likely to work well with a P2P based system. Sure in Azuresus, for example, you can do it, but the time it takes to start the video is gonna be longer than on youtube or whatever surely which is probably going to sour the user experience and shift the perception from "Video via the internet" to "A file on the internet that I download that happens to be video"

Second, this requires an application to be installed. Codec installation is one thing, but an app, just to watch a video? Gonna lower your hit rate on the video, if not through people not wanting to install the app, then through the fact that the app is wondows only. Platform dependance is bad for web video...

Third, If I wanna watch a video, do I really want to sacrifice upload? I may be trying to upload my own content as I watch other people's.

Finally, the english is pretty poor. From what you wrote I would guess an oriental language as your first language, they seem to have an odd (To my western mind) way of putting things.

Oh, and "Multinational P2P"? WTF is that? How is BitTorrent not Multinational?
