Well, Sorry to be blunt - but I thought it was average to poor.
No use of a tripod made the shots look jerky and unprofessional.
The voice over was odd. At times it sounded fluid and fine - on more than a few occassions it sounded like it had been chopped together with an axe. I noticed also that when the owners name was mentioned, it sounded like it had just been dubbed inplace of someone elses....
The photos for stuff like the health club, fire equipment etc, were naff. Footage would have been much, much better.
I think with a tripod and a better voice over artist, much better results could have been achieved.
