Default Videos a live stand up comedian

I am going to be recording and producing a dvd for a good friend of mine who is a stand up comedian.

What is the best method to do this? Like how to record sound when im going to be using 3 cameras. What is the best position for each camera - is it better to have 2 different angles on the comedian and 1 roaming camera for audiences reaction? I can take a live audio feed from a sound mixer on the P.A system, is that the best way to do it? Then how do i lip-sync?

Thank you in advance for your help?
