I tried bittorent from suprnova and got nowhere really fast.
Every single download I have tried has had a transfer rate of about 6 bytes an hours or something. I typically stop the download after half an hour when I only have a few hundred K or something.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Wayne previously suggested to me that I just leave it and check the download in the morning but that's not an option for me. I'm not going to have my PC humming (as in noise not smell
) away in the corner of my room keeping me awake all night.
So my first impressions of bittorent is that it's completely useless! Possibly safer that Kazaa though in that you never get enough data downlaoded for it to hold a virus or anything
Or have I just been really unlucky? Peak files at peak times and all that.
