Profesionally shot and edited but.... not exactly thrilling.

As a video running on a stand at a trade show, it's okay but for the viewer it get boring. I personally would add a voice-over giving information about where it is, what the dish is for, how much it weighs & costs, the difficulties which they overcame, and so on.
