ye ok I put a video on the timeline and I put a solid color on top of that then set the solid color to be partialy transparent. I opened up the Pan/Crop option and in the bottom left hand corner of that screen there is supposed to be an option called "mask" I dont have this option....any Ideas on how to remedy the situation? heres a link to the tutorial I was using..........
