This is a full working retail version (Universal). It is not a academic version (student).

What you get from me is all the original disks (total of 9) and the original serial number booklet. It doesn't come with the manual, because it was upgraded from FCP 4.5 to FCP studio 1. The manual are in the disk.Anyway, you will be getting the books when you upgrade to FCP studio 2 from apple.
