Hi. Im sorry for this, but I have a problem and I call out to the community for help. here is my situation.

My boss is in Germany just about to give a presentation in the morning. - and I have to compile the video here and then upload but...

in Premiere CS3 if I encode using the WMF options the quality is bad. (need the best quality but minimum fire size) - at 1280x720 res. - the clip is only a min and a half. - but when I do this (the quality is fine) but im getting very jagged edges that is not good at all. - so we decided to scrap that and use a earlier one we did..

But now we want to show that but because its several months old we just want to cut a few clips out of it. but I don't want to have to recompile an already compiled WMV file. - so is there any program that I can do this in easy?

Please help and advise on both issues if possible.. thanks.
