the best way of doing this is to use zexwerks invigortor pro... or you could try maxtoae plugin..

neither of these quite do some jobs though because you can only import the model and not the textures..

I've spoken to the people at zaxwerks about this, and they told me they hope to adress this in future versions of 'pro animater'..
