Hello-
I have Adobe Premiere Elements 3 and a Sony DCR HC 30. Each time I try to capture the video (using firewire) the computer (not just program) freezes after less than 5 minutes of capture. I called tech support. They tried a new logon with no start ups and that worked to make a slide show with photos but not with video.
I have a Sony Pentium 4 Windows XP 2.8 Ghz and 512 RAM. Anyone else have this problem? I used to use Pinnacle but I had trouble rendering the video so bought Adobe.
Can anyone help or offer advice?
