What I do is:
1/ - Insert/Place a Text Event. on Track1
2/- Edit the Text Event's "
Sample Text" with what I wont and make adjustments to Font; Weight; Style; Justification; Shadow; Position . .. .etc etc . .
Yup, think that kinda covers it?
