Any DVD made in 'make disc' in Pinnacle is automatically ready to playback in a dvd player. You don't have to have a title or menu, I frequently don't bother with a menu if it's a single short film.

Have you had failures? Maybe it's the DVD type. -R discs tend to be more compatible, but some dvd players demand +R. Check your player.
