Depending on what you are using you have a couple of options here.
Feed direcly from the headphone jack to your 2 track with a shielded stereo lead (depending on the quality of your monitoring).
If your 4 channel has a stereo output then it's just a simple case of getting the right leads to make the thing work.
I really would need to know what outputs you have on your system.
If you are doing a fair bit of this kind of thing it may be worth investing in a small mixer and doing your adjustments through that.
