Hei,

If you open the video toolbox (at the middle of the page with a camera-icon on it) and pick the "Add full screen title or a title overlay"-button (second icon from the top) And then pick "Full screen title", you will have a black backround.

Hopefully you can work your way from their using the rolling-buttons and additing text-fiels.
