If I recall correctly, Dazzle DVC 150 is a USB capture device right? I am fairly sure than unless you use Liquid 6's Pro BoB then you will not be able to capture using USB, only IEEE 1394.

I think there are some cheap upgrades going on Avid for the Pro upgrade. You may want to take a look.
