Im still a little tempted by the look of Adobe Premiere Elements 2 - but not happy after the dload failing so im always a bit hmmm

System spec wise - Pentium4 at3.2 and 2 gigs of ram and a 512MB ATI card should be able to cope easily enough - after all its managed to handle Windows Movie Maker on a 7 minute run with about 50 pieces of video and another 50 photos lol - and boy did windows movie maker not like that

Ive got the trial of Sony Vegas - the 50 buck package and that looks fine

Looks very nice

I do not require going up to packages in the 100s and more with the full vegas 6 as I am not doing this for anything more than a bit of fun at the moment - so I dont want semi pro material

I like the look of adobe and it comes with the photoshop deal on too just now which may be handy

I think ill make a test or two with the Sony demo I have running and then maybe toss a coin

Onomoto - I saw your star wars fx clip I thought it was quality - its a great effect and considering today you can make it at home now when back then it was like state of the art special fx - its fab
