There are so many that can do this that it's difficult to say which one to use.

I know I'd use NeroVision Express 3 for such a project, since it's stable and capable and I have it. The newer version 4.5 may be full of bugs. But even with NVE3 there would be a learning curve and darned little help from the maker. And I'm not offering to make a how-to book for it. (sigh)
