Hello All

I have just got to the end of editing a film and I am almost ready to render. However looking at the list of so many different format options I almost had a heart attack trying to decide what to use! I did a small test render in one of the mpg formats and was quite impressed with time took it to render and its quality - except for the existence of 'interlacing lines,' you know the funny little zig zag lines around the blured areas.

So what is the best format to render to? JSYK, my film is only 13 minutes long and I do use Vegas 6. I am sorry if this question has already been asked before, I did hunt around a bit before posting but I probably missed something.
