I was asking you because I know you've used Showbiz and you're into stop-motion. But I was also asking anyone else who might know. Turns out the 0.1 seconds is okay for what I'm doing now. I'm making a short movie with a robot prop( it's just a plastic trash can with some arms and things sticking out). I'm using stop-motion to bring it to life.
