Hi Captain Kirk

I have just started using my IP7E again after about a year or so and I also have no sound. The problem seemd to be exactly the same as yours. Have you had any luck with fixing it.

Any help greatly appreciated as I am coming close to resorting to a hammer to fix the problem!!
