import your PSD file as a sequence and this will keep your layers intact including the names of the layers from photoshop.

PPro will add each layer to it's own video layer on the sequence, making them all editable inividually or in groups.

If all the stills require the same settings you can edit 1 then right click and copy it, then right click and paste attributes on the others.
