Hi guys and gals.

I need a little help. Basically, I am trying to back-up a friends DVD, but about 10 seconds from the end of the film it goes a little strange. It freezes and plays slowly (possibly scratched, not dirty as I have cleaned the disc).

As a result, my copying software refuses to copy it, as it cannot finish analyzing the original DVD.

So, I found a program called Chopper XP, which will edit the VOB files. I have managed to cut out the bad 10 seconds of the film. I have copied all VOB, BUP and IFO files onto my pc. Now this is where I am stuck. How exactly do I get these files onto a dvd disc, to play as a dvd? I tried using DVD Shrink and Alcohol 120% but it just doesn't work.

Is there another program to do this? (preferably a free one ;0) ) I am really lost here, as I have only just started backing up discs, so all help will be appreciated. Thanks.
