it should be under the Display Adapters menu. Click in there, and if the thing was onboard, it might be an intel graphics accelerator (more like decelerator) but then you can right click on it, click the dropdown menu that says Enable / Disable, and make sure that enable is selected. Have you even tried to see if it is an option in settings (right clicking the desktop, clicking properties, then clicking settings, and seeing if you have a second monitor to expand 2.?
