Hi again Guru,

Thanks for your reply.
I/We fully understand what you are saying about getting fingers burnt etc as we have been in the glamour business for many years and know all the cons etc. In earlier years we got caught out a few times ourselves i can tell you.
However, this has still not stopped us from continuing with our goal of changing the way things are done, even though it gets you down sometimes with all those assholes out there trying it on. (sorry about language).

With this project i guess it does sound like your ordinary everyday "come and work for nothing and we will have you over" brigade but I can assure you and everyone else it is not like that at all.

Everyone ( and we have 3 so far ) who wants to do this day, and I won't go into details again as typing is not my strong point!, will own the copyright to their footage until we buy it off them if what we are looking for. They will sign contract before shooting to say they will keep all tapes which we can view at earliest convenience and where necessary get paid for that days work as they will for all the others they will then do after that in advance.
I am not sure how that comes accross on here but basically, if we offer them work after they will get contract and be paid for work done.

We are simply giving everyone a shot at getting the contract by showing us what they can do in a very real working envirenment and if successful they will be paid accordingly for what they shoot that day also. In reality they will probably only do a couple of hours each anyway that day but be paid full days pay if we like how they work.
The way we see it we need to cover our backsides also. Why should we pay for something we havn't seen work when it might not be what we are looking for??
Sounds harsh i guess but the same applies to models who turn up looking nothing like their images and can't do what was required of them and yet still have to be paid. Do we get our money back plus expenses for time wasted and false advertizing on their part etc? NO we don't so we need to be 100% sure before commiting as well. I have sent models away before for this reason but the nightmare you get after does not bear thinking about even though they cost you money and time etc they believe they should be paid just for turning up even though you sent them away for not being what they said they were.

Anyway, not sure how that comes accross, which is the trouble with emails etc they can be mis-construed and all hell breaks loose!!

Thanks again and if you have any other comments please do say and i will try my best to answer again and make some sense!
