did you have a contract? - If so check it otherwise you could sue them for copyright infrindgment by using your material for promotional use. YOu were never paid therefore the coopyright is always in favour of the ca,meraman - (look this up but i do think I'm right)
No contract, but as far as I know thay still have no money and have another failure under thier scamming belts shot no doubt by some other fool ! Good expirience I suppose for me, both the filming work and the sore lesson...
