O'k i definately got off on the wrong foot here then! SORRY all and i do see where you are all coming from with this.
In honesty i would more than likely be as suspicious with outsiders coming onto our photographic and modelling forums as i have been in the past. However my main gripe here was simply in the way we were greeted to this forum with what i believed to be straight forward picking holes without so much as a hello and who you were.
I guess i forgot i was on a foreign forum and needed to say things a bit better. The forums i use within my normal business we are well known so they know what we are about and what we say is for real and not crap like oh so many others.

Anyway, the long and short of all this was we were looking for cameramen who can work on their own initiative if necessary. What we mean by that is the format is the same week in week out for this series, much like bargain hunt etc etc and we just need to know while we are doing something we don't have to constantly watch what each cameraman is doing.
The full S.P will be given each day and we are their as producers/directors and also part of the show,on hand to ask questions and for help.
The more people are able to work on own the more we are happy to pay, simple as that.A contract will be given to the cameramen we select with rates dependant on what you can do and where applicable what equipment you have. This will range from £300 to £500 per day plus all expenses as we will be travelling the U.K for first series and then hopefully other countries for future series.
We are currently negotiating with 3 of the major broadcasters a price so it is not a case of IF it sells it is a case of WHEN we sell for how much.

Everything we are doing with this series is going on record as part of future episodes as well as the main feature each week. This includes our customer negotiations.

Until the contract is signed sealed and delivered we are still not saying on public forums what it is we are doing. We will show pilot with synopsis to interested parties like I said before.

Well i have probably babbled on too long now and not only got your backs up again but bored you silly too!!
