I am still learning to navigate around audio editing software, audition in particular I am getting the basic idea of it, but I am still at a loss on how to select a particular frequncy range. More specifically how to lower frequecy ranges.

For example a small piece of audio i am working on to experiment with audio editing has some birds whistling in the background. I want to lower the frequency with the birds on it. Is that possible
