Hello everybody just found this forum and hope you can help me with a problem I have.

I have shot some video but due to light sources and incorrect manual exposure setting on the camera, I've ended up with a lot of video containing overexposed areas.

Is there any way to fix these areas so it doesn't look as aweful as it does now??

I am using Premiere Pro for editing.
