I work here, so I have drunk the Kool Aid, but
http://www.onetruemedia.com allows you to upload video, photos and music and edit them into short films. It is easy to use, blows away snapfish, oFoto, etc. and actually allows you to make your videos interesting. All of the content is stored on our site, so you can work on your project from any computer.
Once done, you can share your films via email, or order them as a DVD. I am quite sure it is the only site out there that does this. I made this "montage" in about 30 minutes - it's mostly stills, but it does have some video:

It's free to create your own projects and email them out. You can also download for free the finished montages as an MPEG4 for Video iPod or PSP.
The DVDs do cost, but they come with nice, personalized artwork and menus. As a member a DVD only costs $25, and less for buying more than one. It's a heck of a lot easier than authoring your own. We also offer online creation of photobooks and full service video conversion and photo scanning.
We are always looking for feedback, and would appreciate your help in developing our service. It is definitely aimed at the novice, but I use to make quick and videos in slightly more time it would take just to fire up Final Cut.
Please post comments here, and thanks. Brian
