try this one...
open the footage...click on event fx...click on tv simulator, and hit okay...move the all the bars all the way to the left except the line sync and the vertical sync ( the image should be back to normal)...now move the line sync just a little very little to the left (or just move it around intill you liek the way it shakes)... that it, if thats not what you are looking for im sorry, if it is then your welcome
