Oh and another thing: expandability. While there are hundreds of free and paid plug-ins for Studio, PE is probably not compatible with all the plug-ins available for Premiere (you know I don't use Adobe). And, at some point, you can upgrade Studio+ to Avid Liquid at a very reasonable price, as for PE I don't know what the upgrade price to PPro is, if at all possible.
