You're more than welcome, Luke - it was good of you to go the extra mile, anyway. If I was as nice a guy as you, I'd have fired up PPro and found the exact dialog boxes that I alluded to so I could give the guy a decent answer - but I was too lazy, and left some pretty vague directions instead.

I'm used to having my glory stolen: I'm a PR guy and write all the articles for my company that get published in the press - but they all appear with someone else's name, photo and biography. You get used to it... :-(
