For a consumer product, I think it's pretty good. Cheap ($ 99), easy interface, an extensive library of sounds and music, DVD menus and such, lots of transitions, filters, titles, good expandability options (although you won't be too happy buying all the extra plug-ins). Weakest point: it has an admirable feature of crashing when you least expect it. Pinnacle still haven't fixed this.
Home users and amateur videomakers love it. In it's price range, it's a good option. Plus, it usually comes bundled with Pinnacle hardware products.
