I've always found MD to stay in sync, perhaps i've been lucky, Ive used MD in interviews being videod and in post editing it has stayed in lip sync, I had to use the MD on a shoot as I had a bad crackle on the mike input socket on the camera, having no switch cleaner with me I couldn't clear it so resorted to using the MD, And have used it on many occasions since, the problem I do have is the small menu window, in poor light you have to memorize the sequence of the buttons to push
