Providing the rest of your PC is up to scratch, a VIVO card will suffice for analogue capture. All you need to do to capture with Premiere et al is to install the relevant drivers. I may be COMPLETELY wrong on this, but I don't believe Premiere supports analogue capture any longer - at least I can't seem to find an option! Additionally, Vegas only allows uncompressed capture, so you'll need a few terrabytes of hard disk space LOL
The best way to capture would be to use iuvcr with the "tweaked" WDM drivers.
And you have to use a seperate audio in connection to your soundcard/on board sound.
