Yes it's when I transfer to PC as well as being on the LCD. It's a brand new camera I bought a few weeks ago.

It's not breakup, it just appears as very feint vertical lines that are evenly spaced and stable but only in low light.

I'll try and get a screen grab to show what I mean.
