If you've got a small budget, you'll certainly notice a MASSIVE improvement if you upgrade the PC's memory to 512MB. 128MB is nowhere near enough to edit with. The CPU is a
little bit slow, but rather than spending just £300, get the RAM upgrade for now to be keeping you going, and save up a bit more money to buy a better PC in the future.
