Have you made sure there is a video file on the timeline and that you are exporting it? Are you sure you are exporting a movie and not say an image sequence or whatever that other option is, sorry I haven't used it in quite a while. Have you the open file when rendered option ticked so the movie opens in a window on top of Premier? Or have you tried Windows Media player or some other player to open it. Maybe the codec you chose isn't available on whatever player software you have?
