cheers for all the advice guys!

sorted the flickering out by using the flicker removal tool. didn't work on a couple of them though, but I think that was down to the fact that I took a still image from fast moving video footage.

I will change the resolution of the Jpeg images to what you suggested mark (got over 60 to do though so will take me a while!

By the way JT, I did ply them with beer and they thought it was great! :lol:
